As an Executive Committee member of Dhofar Global since March 2023 which the biggest companies of the Group, I have driven major business decisions to ensure sustainable growth. I spearheaded a comprehensive business model transformation, including the analysis of 62 tasks and 55 policies, and the hiring of a CCO. Additionally, I launched e-commerce and self-service initiatives for 4, 500 customers, leveraging SEO/SEM for customer acquisition.
Appointed as Secretary of the first company Board in December 2021, I implemented board charter and governance practices.
My strategic development efforts led to a 200% increase in approved projects at Concordia Group, following the review and assessment of around 100 business opportunities across 20 industries, providing valuable recommendations and developing an investment evaluation matrix.
In addition, I led 8 branding/rebranding exercises, defining brand essence for 10 group companies. I also created a brand identity for the Chairman, inspiring the launch of a personal website, and authored content for over 30 high-profile public speaking engagements.
Through Innovations Consulting, the human development arm of Concordia Group, I administered a culture change program for a 1, 000-employee company and I provided consultancy support for an international NGO on a high-profile project. I also developed a personal branding exercise and conducted coaching sessions that impacted the careers of high-profile professionals.
I have achieved remarkable success in brand awareness, strategic communication, digital communication and social media, content creation, media relations, and CSR. For nine consecutive years, I helped the Bank outperform market share in top-of-mind awareness and share of voice, surpassing expenditures through strategic initiatives and optimal budget utilization. I made a compelling business case for social media and launched the Bank's first social media accounts, significantly driving awareness and brand likability. I also launched four state-of-the-art websites and increased website traffic by 76%, with 24% new visitors from 2019 to 2020, through a well-crafted SEO strategy.
In corporate social responsibility, I pioneered a world-first TV segment promoting financial literacy, Lebanon’s first financial literacy boot camps, and initiated the Byblos Bank Award for Photography. I automated support requests, improving response rates to 99% and reducing response times to five working days.
My advertising contributions earned an Effie Award and seven Midas Awards. While I created and improved content for speeches, strategic campaigns, and comprehensive communication materials in multiple languages, I also enhanced media relations by improving journalist response times and media coverage. I effectively managed crises during major events, and my event management skills garnered international recognition. I also structured crucial communication guidelines, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
