• Covering the absence of the General Manager
• Preparing payroll for the monthly basis.
• Supervise production line operation in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth operation during shift.
• Train and coach employees and conduct employee performance reviews.
• Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Manager.
• Complete shift paper work, and do PNL for every month.
• Responsible for all marketing strategies.
• Making sure that every store under my trade area was followed on-going promotions.
• Do weekly visiting on the branches handled and make Performance Assessment of the Branch Management Team, to rank and file through figures and numbers and do some observation through business flows.
• Encoding and sending important data to the board of directors every week.
• Coordinate seminars that are connected with the marketing issue.
• Do profit and loss or PNL.
• Responsible in preparing action plan when it comes in profits losses.
