Responsibilities:
• Worked with the project managers on a weekly schedule update.
• Perform critical path analysis and updated the team.
• Ensure all schedule management are implemented effectively for the success of the program.
• Worked on multiple electric transmission & distribution line projects.
• Monitor & report program schedule updates, provide update on program monthly progress to various stakeholders.
• Perform delay analysis and initiate necessary recovery measures in case of schedule delays and suggest schedule recovery method (i.e., Fast-Tracking schedule, Crashing schedule etc.) in Primavera P6.
• Reviewed cost schedule and budget monthly and using cost control techniques (i.e., Earned Value Management - EVM) prepare budget forecast, monthly cash flows, Q2/Q3 Outlooks & 5-Year Plan
• Conducted site visits and coordinated with construction manager and site engineer to monitor the project progress.
• Develop dashboard reports using Power Bi tool.
• Develop project schedules for new project using template schedule.
• Create variance reports and summaries identifying critical paths and risks.
