As the Assistant Country Manager of the Kuwait branch of Mouawad, I led the HR, Finance, and Merchandising Departments to support the promotion and sales of Mouawad jewelry.

By upholding luxury standards expected of our brand and image, I maintained impeccable boutique store rooms and groomed charming sales consultants. Ensuring repeat sales from existing customers, I built lasting relationships based on trust in my professional experience and integrity in customer engagements.

Key Business Management Responsibilities:

♦ Coordinate AX invoice and CRM customer data base with Dubai office and financial department
♦ Budget payroll distribution, salary allocation, and business expenses
♦ Assist with team leadership and motivation
♦ Analyze current WIGs to create monthly action plan / PDP
♦ Liaise with Marketing agents and PR reps for company branding event management

SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT

Initially hired as Senior Sales Consultant at Trinkets, I was responsible for visual merchandising of the store and providing complete product knowledge of 40+ brands including Emporio Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, and DKNY.

After 9 months exceeding 110% of target sales at Trinkets, I was promoted to Boutique Manager at Dyrberg/Kern.


BOUTIQUE MANAGER

Promoted to Boutique Manager, I represented the new boutique that offered additional brands Morellato, Just Cavalli, Fossil, Rocco Barocco, Police, and Michael Kors.

Working with HR to maximize sales, I set individual performance goals, analyzed Key Performance Indicators / KPSs, and motivated the employees through personal development plans. The result was improved employee morale and promotion to management for some of my direct reports.

As the Showroom Manager at the luxury brand watches and jewelry store, I directed the visual merchandising of the store, developed customer relationships, and implemented policies and procedures to achieve target sales results.
