As a coach, I can support entrepreneurs by building their self-development and exchanging knowledge through trust, mutual listening, communication and commitment.
As an entrepreneurship educator, I can help potential entrepreneurs in building their entrepreneurial mindset using new methods and tools including ET&A (Entrepreneurial Thought & Action ® of Babson College), Humane Entrepreneurship (by Dr. Ayman El Tarabishy, CEO of ICSB), design thinking process (of Stanford d. School Design Thinking), pitching etc.
My multidisciplinary educational background, which includes a PhD (in the making) in Business Management specifically in Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, has given me additional insights into challenges companies face, as well as the global context in which they operate. In the same vein, having recently completed the “Entrepreneurial Mindshift for Educators” course by Professor Heidi Neck (Babson College) equipped me with the Entrepreneurial Thought and Action (ET&A) methodology and the IDEATE method to encourage students/individuals/potential entrepreneurs to think, act and learn more entrepreneurially.
