furniture plan on AutoCAD, selecting furniture with fabrics and wallpaper)
Managed full projects of Residential line (*)
o Fully Designed and furnished of Residential 2 Floors Villa, located in Arabian Ranches, Dubai.
o Fully Designed and furnished of Residential 2 Floors Villa, located in Al Barsha, Dubai covering all the area of the
villa include the celling, flooring, metal works, wall cladding ... etc. and also the selection of the fabrics and wall
paper to match the design according to the client requirement theme.
Actively involved in Design meetings, Generating Bill of Quantities, Material procurement, Project Monitoring & site
visits.
Creating and proposing to clients concepts, designs and ideas based on requirements set by the client
Follow up and inspect the material manufacturer to match between the drawing design and the finished manufactured
product
Selecting and purchasing furnishings, according to the design of the art works and accessories
Rendering design ideas in the form of paste-ups and drawings
Ensuring all executed works meet the QA/QC requirements.
Coordination with Main Contractor for organizing between the interior design work and the site situation.
Handing-Over the site after completion of the project
