Issuing import and export letters of credit and accepts payments: Notifies exporters and importers of issuance of letters of credit covering shipment of merchandise.
Verifies terms of credit, such as amount, insurance coverage, and shipping conditions to determine compliance with established standards.
Following up with the counterparties for the shipment and delivery of the cargos.
Preparing LC bank exposure report on a monthly basis.
Releasing the financial hold on the LC.
Cooperating with middle and front office departments to facilitate importing and exporting oil refinery products.
Review invoices and check requests.
Sort and match invoices and check requests.
Set invoices up for payment.

Prepare and process accounts payable checks, electronic transfers thru banks.
Reconciliation of payments.
Prepare analysis of accounts.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Resolve invoice discrepancies.
Vendor files maintenance.
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
Produce monthly reports.
Assist in month end closing.
Passing accrual entries, petty cash, GOSI and employee payroll deductions.
Focal point for staff Bonus/time sheets and Expense reports.
Reporting & Analysis. Administrative Support. Business development. Creating Sales Orders. Service Planning. Creating A/R Weekly Statements.
Building Good Relation with the Clients. Providing Services such as (Opening Current and Saving Accounts) Marking for the New Products. Finding Solutions for Clients Issues. Making deals and agreements with national organizations through the bank. Public Relation & Marketing Telecommunication Events.
