Operate and troubleshoot Distributed Control System (DCS) using MOD V Dow Chemical Technologies
Operate, maintain and install basic plant equipment such as valves, pumps, vessels and instrumentation devices

Analysis of inorganic samples of food samples, water samples, sediments, softlines and plastics in determining the trace metals present in the samples
Analyses of organic samples from sample preparation, treatment, extraction to instrumentation
Analyses of pesticide residues in wastewater, food samples & feeds from sample extraction to instrumentation
Analyses of the presence of vitamins in food, antibiotics in fish samples, antioxidants in food, pesticide residues in food samples, sugar content in food samples using USP, ASTM and other published procedures

Conducts ASTM method procedures in analyzing proximate analysis namely; inherent moisture, sulfur content, volatile combustible matter, gross calorific value and Ash content of coal samples
Performs titrimetric & potentiometric analysis in minerals, ores, fertilizers and the like.
Performs digestion of mineral, rocks and ores samples to be endorsed to instrumentation
Participated in various round robin proficiency tests for coal and fertilizer (LQSI)

Performs quality control test for incoming samples endorsed by the production team
Performs quality control test on finished products (Coco Methyl Ester, Refined Glycerine and Crude Glycerine) using ASTM procedures
Performs physical sampling of Coco methyl ester (CME) from trailer trucks
Performs titrimetric and potentiometric analysis in finished products and incoming samples
Prepares Certificate of analysis to be presented to our clients
Performs instrumentation tests on finished products
