Cooperating with teams such as buying, design and marketing to create design themes and plans, often months in advance, including window and in-store displays, signage and pricing concepts.
Meeting with business, sales managers and retail managers to discuss sales strategies.
Identifying and sourcing props, fabrics, hardware and lighting.
Working with architectural features of stores to maximize the available space.
Visiting branches to coach in-store visual merchandising or sales teams to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept.
Assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store.
Leading and motivating teams to complete displays to tight deadlines.
Seeking feedback from colleagues and customers on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes.
Change displays to promote new product and offers and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
and Responsibilities:
Escort customers to their tables.
Describe and recommend foods that we have to customers.
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Provide excellent customer care.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the place.
Taking cover the kitchen when the cook is in day off.
Taking cover the reception when the Desk Clerk is in day off.
Cooking different kinds of food.
Always smile to the customer that going in and out in the shop.
Helping the customers if they encountered some problem with the computer.
