To direct platform and teller activity to provide efficient high quality customer service, achieve sales target, and deliver that service profitably trough a well-trained and motivate staff.
Make sure any customer who interact with the business are satisfied. You handle sensitive customer issues and respond to complaints. Offer support and guidance to sales member on the handling the customer relations.
As a Teller balance currency, coin, and check in cash at ends of shifts, and calculate daily transaction using computers, calculator, or adding machine.
Examine checks for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and legality of the documents.
Inter-department and other departments auditing.
Issue CPAR in case there was non-conformance found
Coordinate with QS about documentation
In-charge for their implementation and inform her section/department and the rest of the DC about those updates.
Registration of their department and section’s documents.
Conduct periodic checking on AM Department documents and records through LDC audit.
Responsible for the maintenance of all documents used by assembly line.
Monitoring the staff and line performance.
Responsible for the NR (Non-Conformity) issue to supplier.
