Bentley Project Wise
 Responsible for the organizations and control of the
contract documents
 Maintain document control registers (Incoming and
outgoing project documents logs)
 Production of status reports for weekly internal
meetings, Monthly Report.
 Source of information of all project documents
 Act as a central point of contact for any document
management queries/Provide direction and
guidance in document control to area project team
to ensure continuity and traceability of all
information of the project documents (drawings,
materials, submittals, correspondence)
 Assure document quality to include completeness,
accuracy and compliance with established
procedures and updates
 Respond to queries regarding revision status of
issued drawings, materials, submittal, others
 Manage the electronic and hard copy filing of
project documents/ Filing and archiving of
documents to facilitate easy retrieval at a later date
 Archiving data for historical purposes
 Manage Correspondences
 Collation, Compilation and Completion of Final
Turnover Documentation of the project for
Handling over such as all related technical
