in Customer Service Repair/Returns Team. Responsible for
processing the returns/exchange/repairs of machine or items and maintaining the
transactions orderly. Liable in Issuing Customer Pull out Form and Repair Service
Form.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handles communication and telephone inquiries of customers about repair
and returning of machines and items.
Custodian of important documents such as Customer Pull out Form (CPO)
and Repair Service Form (RSF).
Verifies completeness and accuracy of entries in the Customer Pull out
Form.
Reviews the Repair Quotation and coordinates with the customer.
Liable in advising the technician when the customer approved the quotation.
Responsible in updating data in the Summary Report for CPO and RSF
Form
Liable in requesting new items for the meeting.
Prepares and updating the inventory of Bargain Items.
Coordinates and assists the schedule of forwarding Disposal Items to the
warehouse.
Assists in inspecting returned items.
Requesting spare parts to suppier.
Liable in monitoring the inventory of machines spare parts.
Assigned in the Franchise Support Development Department to monitor and update the
Technical Service Form.
Making Station Billing Summary.
Liable in monitoring and updating the Station List Summary.
Responsible in encoding the Station Asset Registry and Station Asset Management.
Filed and sorted Technical Service Form.
Also liable in filing and sorting of Station Non-Compliance Report.
