We are in AT&T U-verse account. We handle technical support, customer sales and even retention department. We are assisting and helping out customers to troubleshoot their TV, phone and internet using their personal computer, laptop, tablet or even through their phones. Aside from troubleshooting, we are also trained as a customer service representative who assist customers with their bills, payments, and/or payment arrangement. We also process or cancel orders an even assist the customers in installing their device.
Our company is handle by Sprint, its a phone company. I am in collection dept and trained in processing the payment of our customers using their checking account, credit card, and or debit card over the phone. I am also handle queries, answer questions from our customer regarding about their bill and even placing orders on one's account. If the customer's service is interrupted or cut, I am also responsible to restore it back after processing a payment or even setting up a payment arrangement.
This company is about telemarketing. Our products is for diabetic client. I am trained to do an outbound calls to contact a customer and ask them if they are diabetic or not. If they are not diabetic, then i have to call another customer and ask the same person. If i reach a diabetic person, i'll ask him/her about their diabetic glucose meter if its more than 6 months and tried to explain them that a glucose meter that is more than 6 moths old has a great tendency to provide an inaccurate information about their blood. If i convinced the customer to buy my products, i will just transfer the customer to my lea specialist to get their health card information. That's how we can make sales.
My job here to teach and guide more the grade school students on their academics subjects specially on mathematics, science and Filipino subjects. I am setting up the expectations to the students what will be our lessons and some quizzes that we are going to tackle.
I graduated year 2008 under Bachelor of Science in Nursing. During my 4th year, i am 5th honor in our class, i have got Miss United Nation Award way back 2004. Our team, avec raison is the grand champion in national cheering competition last 2008. During my internship, we affiliated different hospitals.
