Financial Accountability: Sole authorized person responsible for managing the financial accounts of the company.
Business & Strategy: Responsible for the day to day administrative support of the company and associated activities to support business development and governance.
a. Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
b. Attend meetings and keep minutes
c. Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
d. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
e. Make travel arrangements for executives
f. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
g. Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
h. Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
i. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
a. Answer and direct phone calls.
b. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
c. Maintain contact lists.
d. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
e. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

a. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
b. Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
c. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
d. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
a. Responsible in inducting audits as described in the Internal Quality Procedure, both for quality and environmental management.
b. Conducts line audit on ESD awareness, use of working apparel, equipment PM calibration, environment control, line SOP and other elements of quality management system and address any discrepancy noted to department head concerned.
c. Evaluates and performed effectiveness check of CPAR responses and actions taken on audit findings.
d. Prepares monthly audit reports that includes results of audit on evaluation and effectiveness check of CPAR responses and issues them to concerned department according to the defined frequency.
e. Summarizes results of periodic audits and submits them to QMS supervisors’ using controlled documents.
f. Performs other QA related activities that may be assigned by immediate superior.
