* To coordinate with HR Office in Qatar, for the visa application, flight ticket issuance and deployment of recruited workers from the Philippines, upon rising of any updates.
* To receive and check, on frequent occasions, various invoices related to camp and office administration, and pass it with comments, if any, to Manager for approval
* To maintain minimum stock of stationery items and order enough stocks whenever necessary.
* To manage the attestation of certificates/documents for Western expatriate employees from their home countries ministries or foreign affairs.
