My latest experience in a volvo penta dealer, enabled me to learn and to work
in dierent aspect, including industrial and marine application: such as issuing
warranty for new boats after sea trials and commisioning them; perform sea
trials for customer that request status report; diagnose through vodia and
perform basic maintenance; read dtc and peform the action required by the
service manual which correspond to the designated evc system; programming
of control units; aid the techinician to better diagnose the problem; report
back to volvo penta in case of a problem; inspection of GenSets and issuing
inspection reports; Programming DSE Control Displays for dierent GenSets,
including volvo, cummins and perkins brands; reporting defected products to
the concerning party; performing claims on UCHP such as warranty, campaign
and production related failure claims; opening argus cases for production
related failure cases or for issues that require approval of VOLVO Penta
representatives; performing maintenance and maintenance reporting
including service protocols. all that was mentioned above are learned by
attending online volvo trainings on the navigator and abroad.

The repairs i participated in varied from Electrical, mechanical and
powertrain-control repairs related to various components in the vehicle such
as: Engine and transmission overhauling in addition to Engine Trouble
shooting. acquired thei for a safer workroom. learned the importance of
teamwork and communication in order to reach an ecient and constant
results.
