•Supervision and Coordination of all the construction and refurbishment projects at the college.
•Monitor and manage the Operation and maintenance of all the College Facilities and ensure smooth functioning of MEP system in the campus.
•Provide Professional and Technical support to College Director & Administration department.
•Liaising, coordination and follow up with Local Authorities and Central services for all facilities projects and operations.
•Ensure efficient operation of the external and service contractors within the Campus.
•Preparation of Design drawings, sketches, specifications, etc for various projects and college activities.
