• INTERNAL: Interaction with Supervisor to receive direction and review results; District management to provide a variety of administrative support functions; Board of Directors to provide a variety of administrative support functions and assist with travel arrangements; District employees to coordinate agendas and facilitate proper operation of the General Manager’s office; all other District personnel as required.
• EXTERNAL: Interaction with consultants, customers, and vendors to schedule meetings, coordinate events and assist with problem resolution.
•Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
Managing fellow staff as a Charge Nurse in the unit.
Scrub and assist the Surgeon/s in operating patient under sterile technique and delivering quality care diligently.
Booking of patients who are undergoing for operations. And follow up Doctors confirmation.
Assist and coordinate with the health team members in giving total care of post operative patients.
Participate in all aspects of the area’s total nursing care program, such as patients care conferences, seminars, staff orientation, continuing education, quality assurance, special projects, as defined for specific periods of time.
Scrubbing, circulating and assisting the Surgeon in their operations.
Provide privacy to all patient as well as to their diagnosis
Taking care of the health and bringing to equilibrium of the patient by using total nursing practice
