• To ensure the entire business of the company is sustainable via strategic and effective tactical management across all levels of department and employees.
• Administering policies and work related procedures for their operational areas (i.e. Human Resources functions such as hiring, disciplining and assigning responsibilities to employees.
• Oversee and manage projects to ensure that they are completed in accordance with project deadlines and budgets.
• Preparing annual budgets to ensure the company operates within its financial budgets and financial goals are met via close monitoring on company’s P&L and financial reports on a regular basis.

• To assist in identifying and developing new outlet opening (existing franchisees) and opening new markets (new franchisee) and analyzing projects in progress. To initiate, research and submit proposals; effectively new and existing contracts and finalize deals.
• Plan and lead in setting up and managing company business events (i.e. conferences, seminars, competitions and training events), which includes liaison with contractors and PR agencies.
