Providing trainings for active volunteers in the Lebanese Red Cross (EMS), Emergency Medical Services department stations.
Providing trainings for new volunteers in the Lebanese Red Cross (EMS), Emergency Medical Services department stations.
Assist volunteers in trainings during the skills workshops with all the support needed to acquire all new technics used.
Course Coordinator responsible of a course training in a station (active and new volunteers).
Coordinate with trainers about a training and distribute roles and make a briefing about each sequence.
Arrange all photocopies and prepare all logistics and equipment’s needed for the training.
Provide IT support to the program and support staff as required.
Provide data to monitor and evaluate the overall IT performance in support of the programs.
Provide IT assistance, hardware and software troubleshooting to DRC staff and infrastructure, including servers.
Setup and administrate internet, local area network and servers, to include administration of DRC proprietary accounting software.
Format and Install drivers (including printers’ \ scanner drivers) and relevant software for new laptops and desktops, making sure only authentic software is installed, in coordination with the procurement department.
Service and maintain DRC printers and other IT hardware.
Keep track of IT related supplies (e.g. printer toner, spare parts) and place order Requests as stock is used up.
Carry out research and information gathering on topics of relevance to the project, as needed.
Act as the local focal point for safety co-ordination and information sharing with different partners, after Safety Officer Request.
Report information with an effect over DRC operation.
Establish a network of contacts of different partners.
Track safety related incidents and provide a report or feedback to the safety officer.
Supervise and monitor activities of new comer’s staff and distribution and registration during the influx in Irsal acting as safety officer in charge.
Provide Safety clearance to staff in coordination with UNHCR, LAF and other acting forces in North Bekaa Region.
