Identify & establish new client accounts for multiple Zamco security products & services along with meeting company sales objectives.
•Help customers to understand, compare and contrast various security products/services, troubleshoot problems upon implementation, provides competitive & customized proposals for tenders/RFQs, conducts site surveys, product(s) training/presentations, project planning/design, and team & resource management, maintains client relations etc. .
•Analyzing new products & partners, tailoring security solutions, recommending to clients how to get better ROIs on multiple security products.
•Train engineers; improve company portfolio, website design & updating etc.
•Experience with GeoVision, FAAC, Jacques, Honeywell, Teltonika, Anviz
Hands-on installation and configuration for CCTV systems, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Sensors, Fire Alarms and Turnstiles.
•Role also included analysis, design & resource management of projects.
•Troubleshooting involved simple to complex challenges of multiple low voltage systems during preventive/critical maintenance.
•Acted as a technical consultant between client and company management for approvals on various new/advanced requirements of existing clients.
•Desktop support included installation of hardware, troubleshooting and configuring software applications as per the need.
•Reliability and working under pressure were the skills that was put to the test.
•Experience with Avigilon, Pelco, Bosch, Boon Edam, and RBH.
