DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Basic Job Description:
* Directly reports to Warehouse Manager for progress and Shipment Order status of customers
* Monitors reports given by Warehouse Supervisor
* Maintains master records for stock inventory both Conus and Local Market Available (Infor)
* Prepares List of Drop Ids for Loading and preparation of truck details
* Coordinates with suppliers for the schedule and receiving of items.
* Performs tracking of shipment and attending to customer queries
* Prepares monthly reports for the suppliers regarding delivery notes and invoices
* System receipt and actual inspection of items prior to receiving.
* Prepares shipping documents and seal for Iraq, Jordan, and Local Shipments.
* Maintains Hold inventory for disposal in WMS system
* Organize and maintains records for Inbound and Outbound Shipments.
* Arrange and assign picking in frozen chambers and dry storage.
* Inspects frozen chambers for environmental control log.

 Reviews accident, injury, and illness reports to detect problem areas related to employee safety.

 Weigh Triwall boxes and Bulk materials before moving to designated lines.
 Check the Air-Pallet for possible dent or damages as per specification.
 Cap the triwall, close drop id’s and Strap them whenever required.
 Ensures 100% quality checks for the selection of air-pallet top nets and side nets.
 Ensures MSL is printed for each triwall boxes or bulky materials as per guidelines.
 Ensure proper placing of pallets/triwall boxes on air-pallets in accordance with gravity of pallets.
