• Pre-Contract & Post Contract administration for Japan Pavilion at Expo, Dubai including assisting in estimation, preparing BOQ, contract documentation, interim and final payments of Sub contractors & Client, Preparation & submission of Variation claims to client and evaluation of variations and possible claims by Subcontractors.
• Preparing the Variation cost in comparison with contract drawings & submitting it with all required documents and drawings and pursue approval of the same.
• Tender Estimation works for Route 2020 Dubai Metro Rail including quantity take-off, preparing bills of quantities including all additional items via data collection from as-built drawings & client drawings.
• Tender Estimation in charge of Architectural works for Dhaka Metro including preparation of BOQ and Subcontract Tender packages, identify and add new Subcontractors to vendor list, sending RFQ for prices, comparison of all prices, preparation of preliminaries and to finalize tender prices for financial submission.
• Preparation of Subcontract Tender packages (Architectural Works) for RFQ, sending inquires to suppliers/sub-contractors for quotations and correspondences with Client, Consultant and Subcontractor for Tender related issues and prepare the price comparison statement for all major items/works.
• Identifying & notifying the Engineer & Client of Variations arising from the changes mentioned through RFI’s or any other correspondences.
• Track any changes to the design/actual work, identify claims by subcontractors and informing the Contracts Manager the same & adjust budget projections.

¤ Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Mosque (Grand Mosque) - Al- Ain, UAE (Tender Works)
¤ Construction of Presidential Private Palaces at Abu Dhabi and Al -Ain, UAE
• Preparation of Dry Cost Estimate for Tenders- sending inquires to suppliers/sub-contractor for quotations and correspondences with Client, Consultant and Subcontractor for Tender related issues and prepare the comparison statement for all major items/works
• Hands-on experience with CCS Candy Estimation works and Subcontractor adjudications
• Preparation of detailed Cost reports in accordance with WBS
• Assists in the preparation and updating of progress reports that include actual costs and manpower requirements to date and the forecasted cost and manpower requirements to complete the project
• Site visits to ensure all scope deviations/changes are identified and accounted for.
• Sound knowledge of FIDIC for preparing Variations, Extension of time, prolongation costs etc., Coordination with Consultant & Client for variation approvals
• Preparation of monthly Cost Variation Reports
• Assess cost of temporary labour for day works and cost of contra charges in case of re-work
• Records and assists in quantifying the impact of project scope changes
• Follow-up Snags for the Final Handing Over of the Projects & claim Retentions
