Presently working as Sourcing Specialist in Sadara Chemical Company. Job profiles includes but not limited to:
Establish contracting/procurement strategies.
Execute contract and maintain the contract including amendment as and when required.
Preparation of procurement plans and process RFP packages.
Evaluate contractor/vendor proposals and manage negotiations for contracts/purchase orders for assigned areas of responsibility.
Prepare Frame contracts/agreements & subsequent amendments in coordination with legal department.
Evaluates and analyzes received proposals to establish the detailed commercial and pricing implications.
Contract administration and performance management.
Manage Expedite delivery of goods and services.
Perform market analysis within relevant procurement areas.
Participate in prequalification of suppliers when required.
Establish contractor/supplier performance Key Performance Indicators to assure performance management and evaluation.
Building strong relation with end-users, key customers, suppliers and vendors.
Participate in bid opening in case of sealed bid.
Keep good control and do market research on local market conditions.
Manage spot purchases.
Maintain Source list in SAP.
PR creation, sourcing of material by issuing RFQ, Technical Review of quotations received and further negotiation with supplier for better price and delivery, issuing of PO, follow-up with suppliers and coordination with Logistics & customs dept. until it arrives in Warehouse. Also coordinates QC inspection of received material and issue OSDR / credit notes/debit notes to suppliers in case required.
