* Prepare balance sheet and Income statement

Perform audit in every branch from bank operation to financial statement
Bank Expenses
• Verify the voucher of expenses if approved by the authorized personnel
• Verify the amount of voucher against approved amount attached
• Verify the completeness of attached documents
Bank Cash Operations
• Checked the Due to/from Head Office Reconciliations
• Checked the Bank deposits Reconciliations
• Checked the existence of cash in vault
• Checked the proper documentation of cash against bank policy
Loans Operations
• Checked the proper credit file documentation against the bank policy
• Checked the sufficiency of the collateral of loan
• Perform inventory of bank’s assets (Transportation & Equipment, Furniture & Fixture,
and Supplies)

Preparing BALANCE SHEET and INCOME STATEMENT
• Preparing BANK RECONCILLATION
• Conducting quarterly AUDIT of RAW MATERIALS INVENTORY
• Conducting quarterly AUDIT of FINISH GOODS INVENTORY
• Checking the Liquidation of Marketing Expense
