• Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work.
• Monitoring/update of project planning/ progress measurement, preparation of regular reports for internal and external purposes and for verification to the contractors.
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities to the contractors to evaluate if there’s any interfacing activity to prioritize and to arrange.
• Set up issue alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
• Verify critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
• Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning.
• Updates the schedule based on inputs received from different team such as Design /Engineering/Procurement/Construction.
• Prepares Progress reports and Photos in a weekly and monthly basis.
• Oversees and approved the invoice of contractors in accordance to their scope of work with the guidance and preliminary checking of construction team.
• Deliver and maintain consistent and realistic plans and control structures for major, complex activities.
• Develop the list of plans required to execute the project and their hierarchy relationship.
•Drive, manage and ensure completeness of the development of the activities, logic, resources and progress for the integrated project schedule, leading to the creation of the activities, logic, resources and progress for the integrated project schedule, leading to the creation of the baseline and its subsequent maintenance.
•Instigate, develop and enhance the planning and progress monitoring procedures to ensure that each element of the project performs the processes timely and consistently.

•Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to Project Management.
• Review scope changes and hand-over requests for the impact on schedules and the critical path of the project.
• Prepare realization methods between earlier schedules and the current schedule.
• Consolidate the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and "What if scenarios" to aid project management decision-making.
• Ensure that all contract key dates and milestones align with the overall integrated plan.
•Deliver close-out data to enable knowledge retention (lessons learned, project data compilation) at completion of work.

• Prepares Project Execution Plan, such as METHOD STATEMENT.
• Performs Arrangement& Monitoring of Manpower, Equipment & Consumables required.
• Performs Monitoring/Controlling of Mechanical and Piping Works Progress and Status in a Daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis, These includes the checking & verifying of plan & actual time of arrival of Materials & Equipment.
•Plan & Actual Progress illustrations are by means of S-curves or Matrix (Dia-inch & Tonnage).
• Ensuring the compliance of the Plan/schedule and completion of the project in planned /target time period, Using Microsoft Project and Primavera 6.0 Prior to Established Project Milestone.
• Responsible for the development of the overall status reporting on a financial aspect and the schedules associated with theOverall Project Execution.
• Manages cost estimating/forecasting activities including periodic project re-estimates.
• Comparing the actual cost against estimated cost at various level of the project.
• Participating cost control method implementation.
• Preparation of Earned Value Report & Productivity Analysis.
• Support/Rectifies several project control activities by ensuring they are performing in accordance with approved budgets and schedules.
• Prepares procedures for various project control activities including budget preparation, forecasts and related cost engineering and planning/scheduling functions.

• Participating cost control method implementation.
• Preparation of Earned Value Report & Productivity Analysis.
• Support/Rectifies several project control activities by ensuring they are performing in accordance with approved budgets and schedules.
• Prepares procedures for various project control activities including budget preparation, forecasts and related cost engineering and planning/scheduling functions.

Responsible for the preparation of varieties of quotation from Proposal letters and Tender documents, Examples are Direct Labor Cost, Indirect Cost, Tools& Consumable Cost, Construction Equipment Cost, Man Power and Construction schedule, Temporary facilities, temporary material, Etc.


• Responsible to make a proposed project profitable.
• Profit for Estimation includes the calculation of the Work Productivity
( Mhr /Tons, Mhr/Dia-inch, Mhr/m2, Rate/ Mhr Etc.)


• Receives Tender Documents such as Bill of Quantities, layout plan,
Schematic diagrams from clients, main contractors or the EPC itself.
• Responsible for the computation of MAN-HR according to company policy andclient given scope of work such as piping, mechanical works etc.

• Prepares all cost computations or cost estimations according to
Company standards, policy, procedures including labor rates, Manpower
Loading, Manpower Schedule Construction schedule, Equipment
Schedule, preparation of approved & agreed documents according to Client/Company procedures, requirements and standard Condition.
