• Perform overall documentation on standard and procedure based on quality management system applied (ISO 9001:2008)
• Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting process
• Perform internal Audit based on applied quality management system
• Ensure a high level of internal customer service. Investigate internal and external customer issues/complaint relating to quality and present necessary report to the team.
• Formulate and maintain quality control standards in accordance to quality control objectives.
• To review and carried out the manner in which corrective and preventive action is being initiated.
• Interact with vendors thru procurement and purchasing department to ensure quality of all purchased materials
• To review all materials used and ensure that they are within specification.
• Supervise inspection team to ensure high quality productivity and technical integrity.
• To provide and monitor on material specification schedule for all projects.
• To conduct material testing and provide reports on new materials introduce for possible use.
• To follow up and make good filing on all material and shop drawing approved transmittal.
• Evaluate nonconformance related to receiving of raw materials; production in process; returned goods report and defined the root cause as well as the responsible of nonconformity

• To review, verify and assist in the preparation of estimate of quantities and qualities and cost of labor, needed material equipment in the project.

• Arrange coordination meeting with all sub-contractors & supplies.
