Prepare and implement the annual recruitment plan/budget.
• Determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each opening.

• Manage and administer the hiring and onboarding process of new joiners including IT, medical insurance, system registration, office arrangement, orientation, etc.

• Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.

• Assist in the company’s ongoing development through the identification of organizational and role specific training needs, which enhance the overall capability of the company.
• Manage and implement training plan and budget, maintains records, and reports of expenses.
• Identify the training and development needs within Wataniya through job analysis, appraisal scheme, and regular consultation with all stakeholders.
• Arrange and enroll employees in training and development programs based on the need of employees and the organization.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, including desired training outcomes, fees and expenses.
• Monitor, review the progress of trainees, and report the return on investment to the management as well as evaluates training institutes/programs to ensure the effectiveness of the trainings and its impact on employees’ productivity.
