Prepare and implement the annual recruitment plan/budget.
• Determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each opening.
• Coordinate with the departments’ directors to identify staffing needs.
• Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
• Activate different other sourcing tools using social media, employee referral, and agencies.
• Conduct sourcing activities through online channels including social platforms and professional networks.
• Determine selection criteria and procedures including resume screening, reference check, screening calls, and in-person interviews.
• Prepare and process hiring documentation including hiring approvals, job offers, employment contracts, and other related documents.
• Manage and administer the hiring and onboarding process of new joiners including IT, medical insurance, system registration, office arrangement, orientation, etc.
• Maintain physical and digital Human Capital and personnel record.
• Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
• Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
• Perform analysis of future employment needs.

Conduct Human Capital interviews.
• Develop and update Wataniya’s policies and procedures.
• Develop succession, replacement, and progression plans for all levels.
• Supervise the recruitment, daily HR operations, and government relations activities including GOSI, Muqim, etc.
• Manage different contract termination processes including end of service, documentation, and exit process.
• Supervise designing the HRIS logic and system review, testing, implementation, and the solutions development.
• Confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintain data in HRIS systems and databases and ensure the information is available on a timely basis.
• Manage and maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting salary and payroll data.
• Handle induction program with orientation sessions for new employees and trainees.
• Handle and follow up employees’ performance appraisals and align it with employees’ development plans.
• Assist in the company’s ongoing development through the identification of organizational and role specific training needs, which enhance the overall capability of the company.
• Manage and implement training plan and budget, maintains records, and reports of expenses.
• Identify the training and development needs within Wataniya through job analysis, appraisal scheme, and regular consultation with all stakeholders.
• Arrange and enroll employees in training and development programs based on the need of employees and the organization.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, including desired training outcomes, fees and expenses.
• Monitor, review the progress of trainees, and report the return on investment to the management as well as evaluates training institutes/programs to ensure the effectiveness of the trainings and its impact on employees’ productivity.
