Responsivities:
Responsible for all credit & cash, Quotations, Tenders and regular purchase order.
Providing Quotations and receives purchase order for all customers.
Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock.
Receiving all shipments commercial invoices from China. Regular contact with Supplier (King Long) discussing pricing and spare parts problems.
Follow up all purchase order placed by& SEA, DHL & AIR shipments.
Communicate and work with external customers and internal department in timely and professional manners.
Corresponds with customers by facsimile/email/telephone on the nature of the problems and coordinate related departmental correspondence
Responsible for all activities in the warehouse, supervise and training staff.
Prepare different reports, daily, monthly, annual sales reports
Other duties as required by the position.
Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock.
Contacts suppliers or searches catalogues to determine price and additional details concerning new items.
Maintains files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order number, receiving date, shipping date, etc. Prepares reports.
