• Manage, direct & coordinate a team of senior training & development specialists and support personnel
• Development, management & project coordination of competency based technical training projects including soft skill & language training within the organisation
• Develop & manage PetroChina’s 2012 graduate development program, in-country & International
• Management, development & project coordination of vocational training programs
• Develop & manage the 2014 Production trainee intake of 100 new Nationals across ten disciplines and the Production Field Operator training of 28 Nationals
• Implementation of the Company Competency Framework 4Q 2015, Job Descriptions, Competence Profiles & Tracking System
• Manage & coordinate the OJT training phase of the Production trainee, including the review & monitoring of competence achievement within the Competency Framework against targets
• Manage & coordinate the 2015/16 Corporate HSE training initiative for the training of all HFO operational & non operations personnel totaling 787 staff, plus selective contractors
• Manage the training services contract(s) & coordination of training personnel of external training providers for the provision of technical, soft skills & language training
• Facilities Management and Health, Safety & Welfare; Manage, monitor & maintain all HSE aspects associated with the day-to-day operational requirements of the Halfaya Training Centre & support personnel 120 plus each day
