In the company am working for the call center and approval department are joined together in order to deliver quick services to the customers(health care provider and members), being a call center agent and medical claim officer provided me with skills and experience to be a multi tasked employee that can provide high professional care to our customers and I gained ability of instant evaluation and approving medical claims, customer’s problem analyzing and solving besides working under pressure by balancing between applying the policy and gaining customer’s trust and satisfaction.
Evaluating the direct claims and processing them for payment.
As registered nurse my main responsibilities was :
• Planning and delivering high quality focused nursing care based on patients’ needs.
• Educating patients and families regarding home care in order to improve quality of life.
• Orienting new staff to ward routine, policies and procedures which takes place in the unit.
• Participating in hospital activities eg.MRCP exams.
• Member of pediatric neurology team that is responsible to initiate rehabilitation clinic for C.P.
