• Provide coaching and mentoring services to program participants that reinforce key lessons provided through a series of tailed training courses designed to improve their social and economic status and resilience.
• Conduct frequently (i.e. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) household visits, support families that experiencing difficulties due to cases of extreme poverty, job loss, injury, or other life-changing situations.

(SIGHT) - implemented by Ministry of Agriculture and funded by IFAD.

are required and other resources, such as team members, this will then be submitted to
management for approval.
• Following up on the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making weekly and
monthly reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team.

During all the above-mentioned experiences, I was an owner of a consultancy firm that specialized in Agricultural projects implementation, landscape consultancy, planning and organizing agricultural national and international fairs and service providers for tenders proposed by national and international organizations specialized in Hydroponic and Aquaponics system.
