Project
Worked as a freelance Communication and Visibility Coordinator with the Arab Women Organization of
Jordan (AWO) under the Call to Action Field Implementation (CAFI) project, a global initiative aimed at
strengthening women-led organizations and advancing gender-based violence prevention and response in
humanitarian settings. Responsible for developing and implementing communication and visibility
strategies, producing content across digital platforms, and ensuring alignment with donor requirements
and branding guidelines. Led the drafting and consolidation of communication and visibility reports,
documenting activities, reach, and impact, while coordinating with partners to ensure accurate and timely
reporting.

Supported the implementation and management of digital and communication activities for AI-related
initiatives under JICA at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE). Led the
development, structuring, and content creation of the Artificial Intelligence Directorate page on the
MoDEE website, including managing the national AI interactive landing page through content
development, technical testing, and deployment reporting. Contributed to building the project identity
and brand guidelines, and designed and published social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and
Instagram for the JAIES project.
Designed and produced a wide range of visual and printed materials for ministry events and project
activities, including brochures, roll-ups, screen visuals, and social media assets, ensuring consistency with
branding guidelines. Launched and managed paid campaigns for tender-related projects, enhancing
outreach, traffic, and lead generation. Coordinated and engaged with AI-focused companies across Jordan
to establish strategic connections, resulting in the development of a national AI companies directory
endorsed by MoDEE. Additionally, organized and attended workshops and meetings, preparing reports,
surveys, and webinar materials to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Led and coordinated a national AI assessment project in collaboration with JICA, engaging 17 government
ministries across Jordan. Managed high-volume stakeholder communication, including 830 calls, 400+
emails, and over 2000 WhatsApp interactions, ensuring alignment, follow-up, and issue resolution.
Delivered more than 150 updated technical and assessment reports to ministries, while addressing
operational and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Managed content development and operational workflows for AIQOM.ai Academy, an e-learning
platform, and led social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns to increase visibility and
engagement. Successfully transformed the academy from a zero-revenue model into a sustainable
monthly income stream ranging between $8, 000-$15, 000 by designing and implementing a paid remote
learning system, replacing the previous free, text-based web model.
Conceptualized and executed the full learning model, including integrating AI-powered tools and
developing a no-code virtual lab experience for participants following workshops. Initiated and
coordinated a partnership with the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) to provide accredited
certifications for graduates, significantly enhancing the academys credibility and market positioning.
