Zain is a leading mobile and data services operator, being part of the team that established the division & within group; I am responsible for:

- Developing Business Plans: Proposing campaigns for new start-up's based on potential ideas through in-depth market study (Prepares product/service reports by collecting and analyzing customer needs) in order to achieve the sales target.
- Analysing Customer Insight via Data Strategy & CRM
- Predictive Analytics & Modeling ( Prediction, Next Best Action )
- Management Reporting and Dashboard Design  Establish and maintain strong long term profitable relationships through educated and value added communications with the clients.
- Generate sales through lead creation and follow up process.
- Research new alternative methods of efficiency  Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.  Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs.
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives, Implementing training that expand team member’s capabilities and instruct users on systems utilization/process improvement.
- Responsible for maintaining team targets and ad-hoc about performance and achievement.  Recruitment: Being part of the selection panel.
