Responsible of QFC website and two internal portals (QFC staff and client portals), following up with the Agency who is responsible of building, enhancing and developing QFC websites, plus testing, reporting for errors and bugs,
•Revamping the old QFC website, with more usability and includes more new features.
•Worked with the PR and managing the assigned team for the project, make sure that the websites are up to date, adding the new features that enhance the website and the portals of QFC, as required.
•Insure that all requirements are covered and delivered by the assigned team for the project, and to insure that all the deliverables are completed on time.
•Preparing and following the “Request for Proposal” (RFP).
