Participate in and lead the assigned project/site development phases from concept design to delivery including management of design consultants, contractor evaluation and finalization, site supervision and control. Support in decision making for potential opportunities by developing the pre-concept and concept designs and assessing the technical and commercial feasibility.
• coordination of project activities through the design phase life cycle.
• Oversee and monitor overall design process and consultant(s) performance.
• Participate in TOR preparation.
• Evaluate proposals of consultancy services.
• Assists in determining clients requirements.
• Ascertain that the design documentation prepared by Consultant’s complies with the intended quality, budget and time schedule.
• Review Owner’s requirements against municipality and authority regulations.
• Participate in tender process and contractor’s evaluation and selection.
• Participate in Contract preparation.
• Evaluate projects during design phase.
• Participate in formal and informal design reviews.
• Prepare reports on Design Review with recommendations for clients.
• Coordinate between Owner and design consultants.
• Participate in Value Engineering workshops.
• Coordinate and mitigate dispute issues arising out of consultant(s) performance.
• Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering specialism.
• Prepare monthly Progress report.
• Attend progress meetings with clients and/or consultants.
• Review architectural design documentation focusing on the need of clarity, consistency and coordination.
• Ascertain that the design documentation prepared by Consultant’s complies with the intended quality, budget and time schedule.
• Coordinate between ACCOR International and design consultants.
• Identify Project’s needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports
• Develop the interior design and coordinate with ID companies.
• Participate in tender process and contractor’s evaluation and selection.
• Attend progress meetings.
• Review architectural design documentation focusing on the need of clarity, consistency and coordination.
• Coordinate between Owner and Design Consultant.
• Coordinate between services engineers with respect to design review remarks.
• Assist in modifying the architecture design.
• Designing the main elevation (commercial side) for Movenpick resort at Al-Beda'a, in addition to the US Army military bases & some private Villas.
• Work with other professionals, within and outside the engineering specialism such as sales and marketing
• Attend progress meetings.
• Participate in Design of entertainment complex in Abu-Heleifa “The Dome-CRC”, Kuwait.
• Participate in designing Residential buildings and private villas, Kuwait
