Perform daily preventive maintenance for forklift and fill in checklist documents.
Operate equipment (forklift) in a safe and effective in order to minimize the risk of injury and property damage.
Clean, maintain and secure all equipment as direct by policies and procedure.
Ensure received materials are in good condition and stock in appropriate bin location.
Ensure the first in first out (FIFO) of the product according to the batch code are strictly followed.
Responsible for picking of product for out going or out bound process, based to the picking list given from the SAP system.
Responsible for transferring of material from bin to another bin using forklift for proper arrangement.
Responsible for housekeeping in working area.
Responsible to maintain the good warehousing practice.
Responsible to conduct the daily cycle count to maintain the inventory accuracy.

• Visual checking of physical appearance of materials and check the batch code and expiry date to maintain the first expiry first out policy. Ensure correct products received to avoid any claims from source or depot.
• Ensure all materials received conform with products packaging specification
• Observe and follow strictly company rules and regulation specially those concerning safety on forklift operation
• Ensure the accuracy of products or materials received (product specification, quantity, and quality) based on delivery receipt or invoice.
• Ensure that all received materials are properly encoded.
• Monitor critical parts received based on critical stocks notice and informed all concerned personnel regarding the arrival of materials.
• Ensure that all lacking or over deliveries are properly documented to avoid inventory discrepancies or to monitor the inventory.
• Ensure all received materials are in good condition.
• Update the supplier of deliveries authorization upon receiving.
• Ensure not to receive excess delivery without proper authorization from concerned section.
• Conduct daily cycle counting for new received materials.
• Conduct weekly inventory to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identification of stocks using sap system from minimum and maximum quantity.
• Always follow the company standards operating procedure, safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure that the working area is safe and clean.
