*Coordinates with HR & Administration Department.
* In-charge of medical insurance (addition, deletion & amendment process).
* Maintains and updates medical insurance claims & master list of insured employees.
* Prepares employees payroll contract.
* Prepares new employee’s joining formalities like providing employee number, application form & enters data information in ORION system.
* Prepares Employee’s Contract (English).
* Requests CCHI uploading for Iqama renewal.
* Prepares payment requests for invoices from different recruitment agencies.
* Requests ticket booking for vacation and business trips.
* Arranges hotel accommodation for incoming new staff.
* Assist HR Specialist in preparing documents required for different recruitment agencies (Philippines, India, Srilanka, Nepal etc. ).
* Handles employee’s passport & employee’s 201 files (reliever).
* Ensures competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
* Maintains an updated purchasing records in the system.
* Handles overseas purchasing orders.
* Coordinates with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
* Assists in the preparation and processing of purchase orders in the absence of the Purchasing Officer.
* Monitors and co-ordinates deliveries of items from suppliers to insure that all items are delivered to site/store on time (local & overseas).
* Checks incoming faxed messages.
* Records forwarded documents from Construction Administration.
* Follows up of overseas shipment documents including invoices attested by Chamber of Commerce, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Insurance Certificate if applicable.
* Operates Office Equipments (fax machine, photocopier machine, scanner).
* Receives and handles spare parts requests from different facilities or stations.
* Ships requests spare part through shipping air waybill.
* Updates Saudia Airlines memes systems.
* Makes and processes daily and weekly airlines spare parts inventories.
* Assists operational duties and responsibilities with Saudia Airlines staff.
* Coordinates with Saudia Airlines supervisors.
* Makes weekly & monthly reports of outgoing requests of spare parts to be submitted to the office supervisor and manager.
* Directs reports to the Supervisor of the airline section.
* Takes charge the operation of store outlet
* Handles customer service regarding sales matter
* Promotes sales products
* Makes daily inventory
* Makes monthly sales reports
* Makes monthly inventories of products
* Updates BIR sales journal
* Responsible for checking guest in and out of the Hotel
* Receives booking reservations.
* Makes daily sales reports.
* Updates guest portfolio.
* Prepares guests statements of accounts.
* Guide Tourists (organizes island hopping, city tours, night tours and golf tours).
* In charge of the over-all preparations of resorts’ accommodations and facilities.
* Receives and verifies housekeeping supervisor’s report.
* In charge in the acquisition and proper disposal of the resort’s expired inventory.
* Receives and monitors inventory status reports from stockroom Personnel.
