Demand Planning: Focal point for delegation demand planning
process and CDP rollout. Monitoring MRP, analysing demand-supply
and developing sourcing strategies with mapping of local and
international suppliers including import supervision and port
clearance.
• Tableau dashboard and KPI monitoring at delegation level and
regional level.
• Budget and Annual Plan: Coordinating budget and financial plan for
the delegation and sub-delegation based on strategic sourcing,
forecasting and global allocation.
• Fleet Management: Managing delegation fleet activity, maximize
efficiency and effectiveness through planned resource allocation in
accordance with headquarter guidelines
• Responsible for maintaining an efficient supply chain within the country and the collaborative demand forecasting process for the Dhaka delegation and Coxs Bazar Sub-delegation along with the procurement and distribution process required for all programs.
• Develop sourcing strategies with mapping of local and international suppliers including import supervision and port clearance.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify market conditions that may impact sourcing strategies. Provide risk mitigation measures for the delegation. Lead budget setting exercise for the delegation.
• Coordinate activities with the GVA Logistics Desk and with the Regional Field Logistician.
Tasks
• Engage warehousing and logistic partners to create a fit for purpose distribution solution.
• Drive strong productive collaboration with APAC countries to improve best practice processes.
• Drive productivity via engaging Demand planning, DC, Operations, Finance and Category team. Collaborate with commercial team to forecast and prepare a forward looking capacity plan to ensure sustained service levels across the distribution network.
Achievement
• Improved Sales Weighted Availability to 75% from 58% in 4 months with 2.2 million BDT cost saving in Q122.
• Project management: managed the end-to-end trial and launch of the 3PL warehousing solutions within 3 months including but not limited to contract negotiations, SLA & SOP setting, tech integration and suppliers onboarding.

• Preparing & Organizing end to end S&OP.
• Sustainable material sourcing and vendor development with proper market research and efficient negotiations.
• Inventory optimization and managing inventory turn by monitoring RM, WIP, GIT, FG volume / value status weekly basis against target.

• Setting peak season stock build process, on time cost effective raw material preparation, setting production timeline for Ops.
• Capacity planning and participate in GEMBA.
Tasks
• Preparing & Organizing pre-S&OP planning meeting weekly and executive S&OP monthly.
• Provide support to ensure availability of finished products to market in time maintaining optimum coverage.
• Forecasting SKU wise volume demand for FG for 36 months in association with sales and marketing team within target accuracy level.
• New product/variant launch, new SKU launch, change in the existing product.
• Additionally provide service as HSE coordinator of the team.

• Jewel of the Month for leading FA improvement project with Brand team and achieved 99% forecast accuracy in 2018 (Sep-2018) which was the highest in South Asian Region.
