Talent Acquisition & Management
• Managing the end to end recruitment cycle of Injazat. Ensuring compliance by Division heads to Manpower budgets, Organizational Structure and Strategies.
• Managing the implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, internal placements, succession planning, scope of growth, induction, orientation and development of new & existing employees in the organization.
• Workforce Planning: Discuss with Division Heads and stakeholders to minimize skills gaps, headcount gaps, and leadership gaps.
• Managing all recruitment for local operations starting with worldwide sourcing of potential candidates, arranging interviews with them (both phone and face-to-face), creating & negotiating offers & mobilization of successful candidates.
• Seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within the managed services with a focus on fulfilling the organization’s Emiritization strategies/quotas.
• Monitoring approved annual budget, ensure that no variation, unless approved by management, in the implementation of the annual budget.
• Providing periodic Recruitment Reports to Management.
• Partnering with Division Heads and business leaders to support the workforce planning and forecasting process.
• Monitoring Recruitment KPAs and ensuring the team exceeds their individual KPIs delivery.

Contracts Management:
• Liaising with external agencies and internal Legal & Procurement departments to prepare and maintain Master Service Agreements
• Preparing Permanent, Temporary, Expat, UAE National, Consultant, Contractors and Secondees contracts.
• Management of employment offer letter and contracts for selected candidates and the contracts entered with various external agencies.

Performance and Reward Management
• Coaching and advising line managers on the performance management system, rating system to capture accurate employee performance versus ratings.
• Coordinating corrective actions for employee development based on performance rating with training department.
• Preparing the personnel action sheets for employees with high performance rating

Manpower Costing and Budgeting
• Preparing manpower cost of new joining employee as per company benefits, salary grade structure and approved manpower budget
• Partnering with budget holders, finance and management for approvals.
• Ensuring all manpower requests i.e. Resource Request Forms/Employee Status Change Forms/Internal Recruitment Forms are actioned in accordance with Injazat manpower policy, procedure and processes.
• Managing changes to positions / job grades in Human Resources Management System and ensure compliance

Reporting and Analysis
• Maintaining Human Resources Management System records and preparing adhoc reports
• Reporting on monthly HR Activities, recruitment reports, contractor status etc.
• Tracking and monitoring all costs on a monthly basis and providing recommendations for future costs

Career Development Plans, Emiratization
This was an extensive exercise done in liaison with the Training and Career Development Department and an essential KPI of the Organization to develop Career Development Plans for 100 UAE Nationals at Injazat in line with Abu Dhabi’s 2030 Economic Vision

• Assisting in assessing career gaps, designing Career Development Plans (CDP), implementing and ensuring ongoing assessment & evaluation of UAE Nationals
• Identifying and fast tracking High-Potential UAE Nationals to accelerate development
• Ensuring Internship / Work Placement for Emirati University Students to provide hands on IT experience
• Partnering with Universities - Higher College of Technology (HCT) & Zayed University (ZU) to provide specialized programs for internees in the field of Network Operations, Work Place Operations & Applications

Recruitment
• Responsible for recruitment in accordance with business strategy, manpower plan and budget.
• Coordinating and managing the recruitment process which includes preparing of job description, advertising, coordinating with various recruitment agencies and applications’ receipt.
• Screening of resumes’ based on job profile and setting up of interviews with the immediate reporting manager.
• Determining the sourcing strategies including diversity recruitment through diversity partnerships, partnerships with local universities, social networking and advanced search techniques.
• Working in partnership with Line Managers and Directors with regards to the identification of current and future resource requirements, resource planning and redeployment to include the implementation on local and international recruitment campaigns.
• Managing recruitment agency relationships and the Service Level Agreements and negotiation of terms of business and subscriptions.
• Advising and gaining agreement with managers with regard to contractual offers, negotiating with candidates and reviewing and issuing contracts of employment for staff
• Responsible for conducting reference checks.
Visas and Work Permits
• Liaising with PROs for accurate and timely submissions of applications for entry and work permits.
Employee Contract Management:
• Issuing of offer letters
• Negotiating and amicable settling of issues of the pre-hires in Salaries, incentives, administration matters and other benefits as per the compensation and Benefits standards and Policies (Grading Structure); as contractually agreed.
• Preparing employee contracts as per manpower costing and budgeting and final offer acceptance
Administration of On-boarding Process:
• Arranging onboarding process of visa, travel and hotel stay for overseas hires
• Preparing & Delivering HR Induction Programs for new joiners.

Employee Compensation & Benefits
• Responsible for handling all Employee Compensation & Benefits (Housing, Education, Overtime Allowances)
• Preparing end of service / gratuity in line with company policy and Labor Law
• Conducting Exit Interviews and recommending necessary internal changes to management based on results
• Registering Employees for medical & life insurance & liaising with insurance companies for better coverage & packages
• Assisting in administering and processing Halogen Performance Appraisal System
• Assisting in preparing & conducting Employee Satisfaction Survey
• Participating in developing & implementing HR Policies, procedures by providing process, system, data support & reports to HR Manager and CEO

Employee Relations
• Resolving employee issues and advising them on internal policy & procedures
• Assisting in disciplinary or grievance cases by arbitrating between employee & line manager
• Updating staff & portal with revised company policies
• Initiating Employee Wellness Programs (Blood Donation Drives)

Policy and Procedure:
• Developing/updating and implementing Talent Acquisition policies and procedures in line with the company missions and communicating them across the organization at all levels.
• Assisting in the annual review and revision of Human Resources Policy and Procedure Manual with HR Manager

Employee Administration:
• Maintaining and updating the Job Description of each position by coordinating with the immediate reporting manager.
• Maintaining and updating personnel files.
• Arranging the onboarding process of travel and hotel stay for overseas hires.
