• Strategic Procurement of goods, services, ground support equipment, aircraft fuel and spare parts for Qatar Airways Group’s ground operations at Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar and London’s Heathrow and Gatwick Airports in the United Kingdom.
• Managed and monitored Supplier Performance to achieve higher service levels for Qatar Airways Group through the introduction of schedule adherence reports, fill rate reports and lead time reporting for the development of savings solutions and benchmarking of industry standards.
• Worked with the Category Managers to analyze internal spend as well as the external market and performed research on market, suppliers, technology and processes to identify and propose cost savings opportunities for Qatar Airways Group to reduce total spend.
• Conducted negotiations planning and execution with suppliers on costs, commercial and contractual terms.

• Increased revenue by expanding our sales regionally to markets in the CARICOM region without Ford Dealerships. Achieved TT$14 Million in sales for 2013, a 40% increase over previous year and surpassed all sales goals for 2013.
• Reduced revenue loss from stock depreciation within my first six months and maintained throughout my service.
• Reduced loss of revenue from theft by introducing stringent inventory controls resulting in an annual stock count accuracy of 99.91% in 2013, the best result in the company’s history.
• Increased profitability by negotiating bigger discounts for volume purchasing.
• Increased sales by developing a wholesale division, introducing the Motorcraft line of fluids and batteries and restructuring sales commissions.

• Conducted Government Tendering for the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt’s procurement projects for vehicles, heavy equipment, shipping vessels, dry docks, cranes, radio and navigational equipment and GSE Equipment all valued at US$1 Million and higher.
• Screened, selected vendors and negotiated service terms including pricing, delivery schedules and penalties for defaults.
• Managed procurement projects for the Terminal Three Project at Cairo International Airport.
