Duties & Responsibilities:
➢ Nursing Care
Assisting Surgeon in each assigned cases - Scrub / Circulating Nurse
➢ Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of each clients in accordance with client's individuality, abilities, culture and choices.
➢ Performs nursing care in response to client's needs supported by nursing knowledge, research and reflective practice.
➢ Performs nursing practice in line with AZHD policies, procedures and standards
➢ Ensures safe working environment at all time by maintaining effective work practices.
➢ Ensure own professional needs are met by acquiring and maintaining current knowledge in clinical practice.
➢ Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality client care.
➢ Performs other job related duties and competencies as assigned.
Nursing Care
Computer literate
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision; takes initiative to learn and volunteer to help and assist the manager if necessary
Creative, organized and people-oriented individual
Work independently without seeking any assistance; work- passionate, self-motivated and results-oriented team player
Ability to work under any circumstances accurately and efficiently absorbing any amount of pressure; plan work and manage time according to work reference.
Willingness to work long hours if service is required;
