1. Handling Customers - Treatment of the whole process, since the first client call, or walk-in until his problem solved with the survey of customer satisfaction.
2. Preparing Term Sheet, Reservation Agreement, Sale & Purchase Agreement, Lease Agreement, Registering units in Land Department via Oqood Portal, from Agreement of Property Sale to Issuance of Title Deed and other documents as per the company requirements
3. Assisting client on his enquiries regarding the Sale & Purchase Agreement, clauses, signature, execution, rejection, refund, recovery, Rental, DEWA connection.
4. Following up with him for his payment plan / collection, reschedule, penalties, fund transfer
5. Updating him on the project progress and new offers
6. Informing him about the handover process, and key release, fit-out, DEWA Connections, etc.
7. Schedule & Execute the day-to-day handover
8. Provide innovate solutions to ongoing challenges and ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience
9. Assisting him on his pre-snag and post-handover snag
10. Monitor the effectiveness of pre-handover inspections, ensure feedback is followed up and escalated where necessary.
11. Manage the customer “snag list” i.e. comments, requests, etc., and address them through proper communication, follow up, coordination and escalation with the related departments.
12. Helping clients on his assignment request
13. Getting involved into the legal cases as a customer service in order to make the handover the smoothest possible
14. Handling the Early handover cases
15. Maintaining Reports for all requirements including Commission, Payment, MIS Reports
16. Handling Customer Complains
17. Handover of the Palacio
18. Implementation of CRM System complete sales and Customer Service Support
19. Communicating with target audiences, managing customer relationships, organizing and attending events such as conferences, inauguration functions, Road Shows
20. Maintaining and updating customer databases on timely basis.
21. Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies, managing budgets
