• Conducting surveys and focus groups to gather feedback from employees and identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborating with HR teams to design and implement policies and procedures that promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee engagement and retention best practices.
• Creating and delivering presentations to management and other stakeholders on employee engagement initiatives and progress.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners to support employee engagement initiatives.

ticket, etc...

• Provides assistance in monitoring employee performance appraisal.
