DUTIES:
Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary - Al Handasa Tower, Al Dana Tower, QP-QF Site Offices - Qatar
Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for buildings, skteches and detailed scale plans for interior, buildings, landscape including roads based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data from different discipline engineers (architect, landscape, civil).
Analyze technical implications of engineers (architect and civil) design concept (space requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural/civil designs).
Prepare colored drawings of landscape and interior designs for presentation to client.
Build digital landscape & architectural 3D models including interiors using AutoCAD and Photoshop and other softwares.
Using softwares available in QP to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms and records.

Responsible for the Engineering activities for Basic and Detailed Design to Tangguh LNG Project and ensure that BP (Owner) specified requirements are met.
Coordinate design input with internal disciplines /Owner/Vendors/Subcontractors, response to engineering queries raised by them, collect and submit design information to vendors /subcontractors, control design schedule.
Develop design specifications based on ITB documents, such as standard and conceptual drawings of Plant, Dormitory and other Accomodations.
Develop specifications for material selection, check and review vendors/subcontractors documents, review proposal architectural materials and furniture to be used, prepare or review of BM/BQ List
Problem Solving and Decision Making together with Building Manager
