Performing Installation and Maintenance of various ETISALAT Services such as Telephone, Internet and Television services. Ability to install and repair these connections thru copper or GPON. Specially assigned to perform installation and repair to VIP clients such as Government Sectors, and ETISALAT itself. Assigned as well to SMART WORLD projects in DWC / Al Maktoum Airport.
To provide technical support to Corporate and Residential customers.
To test connections and parameter configuration using NMS.
To set technician visit appointment for installation and repair.
Generate or create summary report for the whole day activities.
Coordinate testing with other sections such as ISO and ISM.
Conduct testing for slow browsing issues.
Troubleshooting GPON connections/FTTH (Fiber to the home)
Install and maintain DSL and Leased line for Corporate Customers
Install Wireless broadband internet for Residential and Corporate customers.
TEAM HEAD - Data installation and Maintenance.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM HEAD
NMS(Network Mgmt System) Analyst for Alcatel and Nokia DSLAM workstations.
Configuring DSLAMs
Install and configure CISCO routers and Switches to Corporate customers.
Encoding / creating username and password for DSL subscribers.
Dispatch personnels/field engineers to Corporate clients for installation and repair.
Updating records in the company’s database.
Provide good quality service to clients.
Provide trainings and seminars to newly hired employees.
