Detailed planning on site and ongoing follow up and modification to master plan.
Assessment of contractor planning. Coordination of subcontractor construction activities.
Duties and responsibilities include:
-Manage and coordinate the assignments of work with Engineering, Procurement
-Construction/Production on measurement metrics and progress measurement
-Provides and coordinates the construction planning and scheduling systems, work processes and reports needed to support construction management efforts of the projects.

Duties and responsibilities include:
•Prepare and monitor the PMS and Level 2 FEED Schedule of Fadhili Gas Plant Program Project (BI-001900, BI-001901, BI-001905, BI-001906).
•Develop the EPC Level 3 Schedule of Fadhili Gas Plant Program Project.
•Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the Project Schedule in P6 and various Area Coordination Schedules for the Project.
•Lead the monitoring, reviewing and analysis of the schedule and
status of Contractor during all phases of the project, including the
analysis of any schedule deviations and corrective actions.
•Review contractor Planning Package, P6 schedule provided in
Primavera and ensure contractor plans are realistic and achievable.
•Analyze progress manpower and commodity information to support
effective project management.
•Assist in identifying the scope associated with schedule activities.
•Report Schedule deviations proactively on assigned tasks related
to discipline or specialty and complete preparation of Planning
Package & PMS.
•Takes lead in developing specific project codes of accounts and
recommends appropriate modifications and revisions.
•Understand various technical documents (w.r.t. quantity takeoffs
etc. and activity sequencing related to engineering procurement and
construction.
•Evaluate the Schedule Status if attain the Work Performance based
on Productivity, SPI and Earned Value. Recommend Periodic
Forecast and KPI to achieve the Milestone Date.
•Participate in the Weekly Coordination meeting with Client, PMT
and Contractor.
Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement and change management leadership and expertise. Support PMT and Cost Stewards with project cost and schedule analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and Change Management. Monitoring and appraising the performance of Subcontractor’s Site in the areas of cost, progress and schedule. Maintain regular contact with cost and schedule organization in the sub-project teams and with the company.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Maintain close liaison with member of the sub-project services organization.
• Coordinate, monitor and assess subcontractor’s efforts in project planning, sampling to assure quality.
• Monitor and report on schedule implications of changes.
• Examine and evaluates the subcontractor’s schedule control organization, plans performance and procedure.
• Provide direction and feedback to Sub-Project planning and control engineers on schedule aspects of the project.

Identify and evaluate the project scope and develop a scope management plan. Develop work breakdown structure as per the guidelines specified in company/company URS. Create an activity listing as an extension of WBS and construct a project network diagram based on project execution strategy for logical activity sequencing. Identify physical resources available on the project including contracted resources. Develop a responsibility assignment matrix and allocate the resources to the activities based on the resources management plan.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Develop a project schedule based on the work execution planning using sequencing and activity duration estimates.
• Determine inputs to the project schedule develop process, during phases i.e, Engineering/Procurement/construction/Precommissioning/Commissioning and Start-Up.
• Manage task time frames, project schedule deliverables, completion dates and all deadlines.
