Formulating the business growth strategy for Malaysia by identifying the targeted partners/customers.

•Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. maintain stock level as per ISO quality plan, monitoring finished goods movement daily.
•Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment . Provide technical support where necessary.
•Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.(OPM) / Hoshin Kanri
•Lead and develop a team of inventory planning whom are responsible for Demand forecasting, Sales trending analysis, Supply planning, Supplier liaison and forecasting.
•Provide an efficient and effective communication to all stakeholders on inventory related matters, which includes but not limited to Products Constraints, Forecasting, Contingency Plan and Costing.
