Time and Cost Controller
• Create, update and maintain project schedules, includes procurement, logistic, site engineering works: electricity installation, air conditioning, firefighter, and finishing and furniture installation.
• Follow up, review and confirm schedule activities. Identify variance and risk. Provide analysis and optimize actions.
• Site inspection, quantity and quality check.
• Budget control and cost follow up. Monthly report of progress and cost.
• Client engagement: provide progress report, and overall project information.
• Consulting of building up ERP system.
• Dynamic AX system building up and maintaining.
• Procurement work: Select supplier, service and negotiate drawing, design, specific requirements, decide means and dates of delivery, payment, etc.

• Create, update and maintain project schedules.
• Select supplier, service and negotiate drawing, design, specific requirements, decide means and dates of delivery, payment, etc.
• Follow up schedule activities, review with each team, to ensure everything is going well. Make action plan when necessary.
• To have a view of the overall project thereby communicate and coordinate between different functional teams to mediate project conflicts, clear blocking points.
• Collect information and analysis the whole project features through numbers, resources and dates, etc. Analyze risks, report and solve problems.
• Produce project progress reports, executive level reports, to report schedule and project progress.
• Work with Project Managers and Functional Leaders on project-related planning subjects, make scenarios, and assist them in constructing their operational plans.
• Study product requirements, increase productivity through the management of people, methods of organization, and technology.
• Analyze logistic, machine cycle, ergonomic, safety, etc. state the problems and suggest improvements to existing procedures.
• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards
• Built up inventory system, incentive Pay System, machine capacity and efficiency system, etc. Establish standard work method and parameter, thereby Assist work shop in making right decision regarding production demand and plan.
• Make simulations, models for the optimization of cost, means, resources, deadlines, manpower calculation and quantify the gains through figures.
• Communicate and negotiate with personnel to develop and push forward the improvement.
• Involve in and lead teams for new method installation, productivity run up and building up control.
Main Achievement
• Build up Inventory system, inventory calculation system.
• Build up container flow model, and container demand calculation model.
• Increase productivity by 20%, through study, analyze and leading improvement, gained profit 14, 000$/Day.
